At the Last BBC Question time, the big topic was NHS funding.

One thing I would say is if you spend more on the NHS? Would you pay your staff more or hire more of them.

What I would do is make a bus service that takes patients from hospitals that are overwhelmed and moves them to hospitals that are less busy. I wouldn't want to hire more staff because I would want the existing staff to get a bigger salary.

This is how it would work, if I wanted to have a surgery for a hernia, I would go to the hospital and if there was a time slot at another hospital, I would take a free bus to that hospital, even if it is far away and then take a free bus ride back.
