School shooting solutions

As you know there was a school shooting in America. It happens many times.

My solution would be to have very strong doors in the classrooms that lock centrally when an alarm has sounded. The doors would waste the shooters ammo and keep out bullets.

Another solution would be a smoke screen so the halls of the school would fill with smoke so the shooter can't see the victims.

The obvious solution would be to raise the age limit of ownership of guns. You would need to be over 25 before you can own hand gun and over 20 for a rifle. That way mental health problems would be exposed before they could get hold of a gun and grudges would dissipate before guns could be obtained.

NHS

At the Last BBC Question time, the big topic was NHS funding.

One thing I would say is if you spend more on the NHS? Would you pay your staff more or hire more of them.

What I would do is make a bus service that takes patients from hospitals that are overwhelmed and moves them to hospitals that are less busy. I wouldn't want to hire more staff because I would want the existing staff to get a bigger salary.

This is how it would work, if I wanted to have a surgery for a hernia, I would go to the hospital and if there was a time slot at another hospital, I would take a free bus to that hospital, even if it is far away and then take a free bus ride back.
